A New Jersey native, Alyson entered banking while still in high school, working part time at a bank in her home state. She continued her career after graduating in 1988, serving customers at a financial institution in New Jersey prior to moving to Port Charlotte in 1991. After accumulating more than two decades of experience in lending and finance, James joined the Bank in October of 2020. He holds a Certificate in Banking Operations from Miami Lakes Education Center and has experience in sales, bank operations, management and customer service. Melissa, who has over 26 years of experience in all areas of banking with Crews Bank & Trust, worked her way through the ranks, starting as a bookkeeper and moving on to customer service, both roles including supervisory aspects.

A familiar figure in financial and community circles in Southwest Florida, Christine joined Crews Bank & Trust in 2019 as a vice president and relationship manager heading up the bank’s Sarasota office. She then served as senior vice president of retail banking before being promoted to her current position. She has experience in retail banking, treasury management and residential lending. In her current position, Christine is responsible for the Treasury Cash management program and related commercial business services, including merchant services and MSBs. Todd started his banking career in 1978 while still in high school in Cape Coral, working part time as a high school cooperative education student while attending school full time.
Kim spends her spare time serving in her church and creating fun times with her sons and daughter-in-law. In her spare time, Jennifer loves to travel and spend time with her family. In her spare time, she prefers to be 120 feet below the ocean surface spearfishing alongside her husband. A graduate of Lake Placid High School, Shawanna actively contributes to the community as a Board Member at Nu-Hope Elder Care Services of Highlands County and as a mentor with Big Brothers Big Sisters. Additionally, she is a Bible teacher and the financial secretary at her church. Kerry served as Assistant Vice President and Branch Manager for a Sarasota bank from 2003 to 2006, then joined our bank as a Retail and Business Banking Officer at the bank’s Boca Grande office.
She has worked in the real estate industry and has experience in retail and trust operations. She has completed all three years of Trust School through the American Bankers Association and is pursuing her certification as a Trust and Financial Advisor. A sixth generation Floridian, Brad earned a Bachelor of Science in business administration and human resource management from Florida Southern College followed by consumer lending training.
When not at the bank, Joe spends time with his three children and wife of over 15 years exploring the natural beauty of Florida while golfing, boating, fishing, and hunting. He completed his bachelor’s degree in accounting from Jacksonville University where he played collegiate football and obtained an MBA in finance from Colorado Tech University. Daniel joined the Bank in September 2014 as Vice President P Risk Management Officer. His background includes eight years with the Farm Credit organization in Florida in positions of CFO (6 years) and Risk Management Officer (2 years).
Stephanie embarked on her banking career in 2018 as a universal banker at another financial institution. Most recently, she held the position of Assistant Vice President/Branch Manager in Savannah, Ga., before returning to Florida to join Crews Bank & Trust. Kim has 16 years of banking experience, most of that time spent within Crews Bank’s legacy banks, where she last served as a branch manager. Scott garnered a wealth of banking and financial experience at banks in Lakeland and Riverview prior to joining the Bank in February of 2019. He served as a Branch Manager, Finance Center Manager, Vice President and Business Banker for various institutions. He proved adept at cross-training staff, increasing deposits, creating and monitoring loan programs, improving service and demonstrating high levels of community involvement.

Angie works with new and existing clients, serving as a point of contact, ensuring that trust and investment management is properly administered to her client’s wishes. He has held roles at both community and regional banks in business and mortgage lending, loan operations, and sales. Heavily involved in the banking industry in Charlotte County since graduating from Charlotte High School in 1980, Craig DeYoung joined the Bank as a commercial real estate lender in 1994. He successfully advanced to Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer before becoming president of Charlotte State Bank & Trust, one of Crews Bank & Trust's legacy banks in 2006.
Scott is a former Rotary president who earned Paul Harris Fellow recognition from the Rotary Foundation. She filled a variety of roles, learning from each position and advancing to management positions. She started out as a teller, then began opening new customer accounts in 1995. Two years later, she moved into the bookkeeping department, concluding her three-year stint there as head bookkeeper. She was promoted to Assistant Vice President of Retail Operations in 2005 and within four years was made a full Vice President. Today, Michelle serves as the Regional Retail Administrator for the northern region of the Crews Banking Family.
Terese brings over 30 years of banking experience, many of those years spent originating new mortgage loans for customers. A Charlotte County resident, Joe is involved in the community as a member of the Lemon Bay Sunrise Rotary Club and the Englewood YMCA community board, as well as the Finance and Audit Committee for the Charlotte Community Foundation. Joe also dedicates time serving on the board of Englewood Area Youth Baseball (EAYB), an organization that supports local youth to grow in both sportsmanship and baseball skills. Andy is proud to be a lifelong Floridian, born in Orange Park and living in Wauchula since 2003. He is passionate about serving his community and giving back to the people who have supported him throughout his career. After earning a finance degree from Washington State University, he served as a bank examiner in Florida during the Great Recession in the early 2000s.
He is an active outdoorsman who enjoys duck hunting, hiking and photography. Mark is a fourth-generation Floridian with strong ties to Florida’s Heartland. He is driven by helping his customers succeed in their business by offering solution-minded ideas. One of Southwest Florida’s leading business bankers, Todd joined the Bank in March of 2019. He has experience in all aspects of the banking industry, earning a reputation for providing exceptional service to his clients. Eduardo was born and raised in Aguas Buenas, Puerto Rico, and is fluent in English and Spanish.
When not at the office, Gwen enjoys going to the Rotonda West American Legion and VFW to listen to the adventures of those who served in the military. A graduate of the Rotary Leadership Institute, she currently serves as club treasurer. Becky and husband, Brian, have two “beautiful children." In her spare time, Becky enjoys being with her family, traveling, and reading. Actively involved in her community, Becky joined the Venice MainStreet Board for 2022. She has served in many volunteer positions at Garden Elementary, Venice Middle School, and Venice High School. She annually volunteers to work with teachers and students on the VHS Project Graduation program.
Kris Bilodeau was born in New Hampshire, moved to Florida 1979 and currently lives in North Venice. She graduated from Lemon Bay High School, earned her AA degree from Manatee Community College and her BA and MBA in Business Administration from St. Leo College, graduating Summa Cum Laude. Alyson joined the hometown bank in 1999 as a customer service representative and worked as the branch manager in Punta Gorda before being promoted to branch operations coordinator in 2004.
